Can't choose which watch!?

Hey guys new to this forum and looking for some help on deciding which watch I should buy.

I prefer the simple look watches and so have been considering brands such as Mondaine, Larsson and Jennings and Uniform Wares etc. My budget is around £250 really.

Anyway I'm stuck mainly between the Mondaine Gents Evo for £145 with the mesh bracelet :

OR

One of the Larsson and Jennings models. Probably one of these:
- https://www.larssonandjennings.com/shop/lader/black/
- https://www.larssonandjennings.com/shop/chain-metal/cm-black/

The difference being the Mondaine is smaller (35mm) and the Larsson and Jennings are 41mm. The L&J are also gold around the face. I've never worn a gold watch before so am not sure whether to take the plunge? I've always like the look of all black watches too so another option is black or white face? Argh so many decisions!?

Ideally I'd want this to be my everyday watch so wearing it mostly will casual clothes such as jeans and t-shirt/polo, however with the ability to also wear it on a smart/casul night out (shirt and shoes basically).

Can anyone help me narrow the choices down a bit... with justification if possible? Thanks!

Have you considered the Tissot T Classic range? I see them as an entry level serious watch, and you could get a PRC100 (Quartz) for around £165.

I would however personally stretch the budget by about 35% and get this (automatic) http://uk.tissotshop.com/tissot-le-locle-automatic-gent.html which has a very nice and refined Guilloché dial

Nice watches but their a bit too formal for me. I have the Tissot PRC200 already looking for something more young and stylish tbh.

I would choose in order:

1. The L&J brown Lader

2. Mondaine
