Do these pictures accurately portray the location of the notch?

Not the first one anyway. The second shows it closer, it wears lower and more traditional, with the bottom of the notch lining up with my clavicle.

I believe the camera angle and not being fitted properly on the mannequin resulted in that illusion, in the first picture.

It's a drop 7 (Shown on the tag), the waist was let out. Any tailor can always take them right back in, very easily.

Yes, but 4" is a lot and it depends on what the other tailor did. Can you show a waist/seat shot? What is the rise?

Again just to clarify it is a drop 7, NOT a drop 4.

Drop also refers to chest to waist ratios of the jacket, hence Euro sport coats will also list drop sizes yet have no pants. I don't want anyone thinking this is a sack or portly suit, its not. It's a standard Euro cut Drop 7.

All suit pants have extra material to let regardless of the drop. This is a drop 7, it would have come factory with 35" waist and was let out 2" inches, one inch on each side. Its a simple, standard, every day alteration. To take it back in is equally simple.

Front Rise is 11.5" from crotch seam to waist band.
