Can you stretch gloves?

I have a new pair of gloves that fit fine around the hand, but are uncomfortably small in the fingers. They aren't really worth returning. Is there a way to stretch the fingers of gloves without wearing them? I was thinking I could put tissue or something in each finger.

For reference, these are fur-lined.

Yes....

I had streched my girlfriend's gloves quite a bit so now they fit me perfectly.
