In a strange way, the first picture works. The slim fit, rolled-up sleeves, patterned skinny tie, and flap pocket make the look seem deliberately stylized, instead of "Where's my jacket?"

Offscreen, Justin Timerlake co-owns the William Rast clothing line. Therefore, it's safe to assume that while he might consult stylists sometimes, most of what he wears in real life is chosen by him.
