Does anyone know the type of shirt collar Dick Van Dyke sports in Mary Poppins? A link to a good tailor/manufacturer of the style would be nice too. Your advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Sometimes known as a grandfather shirt.

They can be found in shops when fashionable (not especially so at present) or any shirt maker can cut one for you.

a good tailor can take a collar apart and do this for you.
It would need to be an older shirt where the collar band is not fused.
most mass market shirts have fused collar bands
