i got some apc new standards a few months ago, and i really like the fit. especially that they're tapered at the bottom, but the jeans overall still aren't too tight nor too baggy, jsut the perfect fit. any suggestions on jeans w/ the same fit?

thanks

Hmm, more APC new standards?

The only other jean with a similar fit is probably the 5EPxSF if you can find it in your size still.

If you want a cheaper and IMHO slightly better option, try out the Gap Morrisons. They fit is similar to the NS, tapered but not tight like the cures, and the denim is great for the price. (I just posted something similar to this in another thread. Lest anyone think I'm a Gap fanboy, [is there such a pitiful creature?] let me point out that I happen to be wearing the Morrisons today and they are fresh in my mind.)

^^The 5EPxSF is a much better choice though.

Acne Mic Rigid is raw denim with a similar fit. Slightly lower rise than APC NS. Nice jeans, but I wouldn't pay full retail for them.

Didn't Good Society just copy APCs New Standard and Rescue patterns for their two models?

I dunno about that. I just clicked on the link and saw the measurements which are completely different in the top block / rise and the leg is a fair bit slimmer than the ns. To me that makes a completely different cut
