I just pulled this unstructured Armani Collezioni blazer from the closet that I hadn't worn for years. It's about 2 sizes too large. I bought it when I had a few more pounds on me. I don't like the length of it and like it too fit more of a like a casual jacket. Any idea how much alterations are required for this?

The shoulder seems to sit fine but would like the length to come up about 3" and the arms and torso could use some slimming.

this is it pinned to something I was looking at it getting it altered too. Took a about an inch on the back and both sides. I also took a few inches from the bottom. The sleeves are still too wide so this is where it gets tricky I guess because I think the arm holes will need to be messed around with. All in all, I don't mind spending a couple of hundred on the alterations because I like the fabric.

You cant rehab that thing and would just be wasting your dollars --- just send it to goodwill if they will take it
