Can someone post measurements for a Slim Custom-Fit Polo in Large?

I want to order a "Slim Custom-Fit" Polo from Ralph Lauren, But I need the measurements first. I have a "Classic-Fit" Polo in medium but I feel that it's to big on the chest and around the stomach. Can someone please provide me with the following measurements?
*Shoulder to shoulder
*Sleeve length
*Armpit to armpit
*Upper Waist (around the stomach)
*Front length

its the proportions that are different, i can measure for you tomorrow, but the L custom still has completely different proportions compared to a classic fit medium

Here are the measurements from my long sleeve Custom-Fit Polo. It's large and has been washed around 10 times. I should have gotten a medium, but I was worried it would be too small. Now that I'm getting back into shape, the fit is a bit loose but not too bad.

*Shoulder to shoulder 19.5"
*Sleeve length 24.5"
*Armpit to armpit 22.25"
*Upper Waist (around the stomach) 21"
*Front length (from right befor the collar starts) 26.5"
