Can someone explain/ ID this brooks brothers tag? black 'sport shirt' tag.

Got a brooks brothers madras shirt on ebay and it came with this tag I cant seem to ID.

Can anyone here give me background?

Well... even the madras shirts on the BB site now say Made In India on the tag, but don't say "sport shirt".

There were some sold here on B&S back in 2011 that had the same tag that you posted, though.

That's all I was able to find with a pretty quick search.

My fear is that this was a fake or something.

but from what you are saying, it sounds like this is an older tag.
