So I want to know if these 3 items look good together...

Brown Sperry Lug 3-Eye:

Levi's 511 Skinny Sta-Prest Pants:

With a casual, plain dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up.

If so, can you please recommend some colors for the pants and shirt? I want the shoes to be brown. These would be my day to day, casual, look for when I go out to public places. I am 20 years old...

Sperrys, chinos, and a casual shirt such as a OCBD work well. A "dress" shirt may be a bit too formal. Brown sperrys go with most anything, but I'm not a fan of the ones you linked because of the lug sole - but that's just taste. The style of the chinos is fine, but waz meanz "sta-prest"? Chemicals infused into the cloth to reduce wrinkes? Or 65% polyester? Blech!

Recommendations on shoes and pants? I want something casual for my age... It's not like I'm a businessman. I just want to look... casual... Also, the pants, I like skinny/slim fit like the one I posted.

Budget... Ehh... Around 50 bucks for some slacks... Maybe even around 70 at the most... For the shirts, anything that's cheap and look good will do. Not really worried about the price.

Classic look.

I'd recommend incotexs for chinos.
