Can I pull off this hairstyle?

In my opinion, i think you can only pull off the first one because the other ones require a straight perm... What kind of wax do you use?

Ahh... the asian poof.

It needs to grow quite a bit longer to be like those pics. I'm no expert but you'll have to use some product to make it look like those pics too. If you live in an asian country I'm sure you'll have no problem finding someone who can get your hair like that. If not, try to ask your asian friends who they go to. Either way, bring those pics to the barber/stylist and they should be able to help you out.

It really needs to grow up a bit "over the images. I'm no expert, but you need a product, so it looks like the pictures too.
