Can anyone tell me what these logos are??

I'm helping a friend with something he is working on and we're trying to figure out what these logos are on the hats in the pictures. The orange hat the boy is wearing and the the red hat in the second picture. I haven't been able to locate them.

First one could be a pancake house called Longhorn Palace, the place seems old enough and some of their advertising uses a similar font but their logo is totally different. The hat is orange, but not burnt orange and the logo isn't the University of Texas Longhorns logo. As for the second, I'm at a loss.
