can anyone identify this jacket?

hi, i really like the style of this jacket noah is wearing, i've been doing some research and it looks to me like it might be a harrington or some sort of windbreaker. can anyone confirm what it is? skip to around 4:00-4:20 of the video to get a good picture. yes i realize the video is absurd, but i'm just trying to find out exactly what kind of jacket he is wearing. any help is appreciated.

thanks! also i am wondering, to get a similar fit to what noah is wearing, what size would you suggest? i'm a 37', so should i get a 38' or a 40'? i've been checking out baracutas online, would it matter if i got a g10 regular or a g9 slimfit? i like the blousiness of the harrington but the slimfit sounds appealing.

The harrington is rather a Mod jacket, so any Mod manufacturer like Fred Perry or Merc London will ahve plenty. I suggest a size small. sweet thanks! i know you suggested a small, should i get a 36 or a 38? i have a 37' chest and i want something that fits exactly like how his fits.
