Can anyone help me identify this jacket?

So I was watching Alternate Route on the Esquire network and fell in love with the jacket the host, Matt Hranek, wears in the Chicago episode. Its this really cool blazer/chore coat hybrid sort of thing with a button on the upper lapel (which he had popped the whole time making it look more like a short collared jacket the a blazer.) i took some screen caps from a show clip that was online that fortunately shows the jacket nicely:http://tv.esquire.com/videos/70876-alternate-route-hot-dog-wars-chicago-vs-new-york






I found a very similar jacket by Kane + Unke: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/kane-unke-nigel-safari-blazer/3543579

but as you can see in the video, there is a small logo patch on the left sleeve of Mr. Hranek's jacket. Also, while the Kane + Unke jacket has only 2 buttons, Mr. Hranek's jacket has 6(?) (5 are visible in the screen shot above.) Lastly the K + U one is 100% polyester whereas Mr. Hranek's looks to be cotton.
