Can a suit jacket with too-short sleeves be put to any use?

Incompetent tailor shortened my suit jacket sleeves too much - they are now 1 in. above my wrist bone and thus expose 2 in. of my shirt sleeve. Unwearable in a business environment.

I was curious whether SF members have any ideas on how to use such a jacket, how to style it for casual wear etc.? One look I have seen is V-neck t-shirt with the jacket sleeves rolled up. Searching for more ideas - if there aren't any I was going to throw it out. (Giving it away won't be much use because I am a 36S to begin with. I doubt anyone else could use it.)

Speaking as a fellow 36, and knowing how downright impossible it is to pick that stuff up, I'd be asking my tailor to buy me a new suit.

Did he hack the excess off or are they just folded in? How was he off by that much? I don't think a tailor would shorten something by that much without some factor like you insisting to go that short.

he even re-sews the labels on! a more constructive, and fun choice than burning it.
