Hey guys..... i was wondering what kind of camera ya'll think i should buy for my ebay business. I need one with a big screen in the back so i can see how the pic turns out, (thats basically my only requirement). I need one good for taking pics of clothing and good focus. I have noticed that yall have posted some really good pictures and just wanted to get your opinion on the matter ........ thanks again!

Lighting is far more important than camera brand or model, assuming you get something current. Invest in an off-camera strobe with a lightbox or umbrella to soften the light. If your camera doesn't support off-camera flashes, get a remote trigger that will fire the strobe when your camera flash goes off. Also invest in a reversible backdrop -- white and medium grey.

maybe people that take pics for ebay will reply, but i just finished taking photos of all my stuff for insurance purposes and although my dSLR has a 2.5" LCD on the back that can be used instead of the optical viewfinder, I found it annoying to use for taking pictures of clothes. The viewfinder worked a lot better, especially as it started to get dark out and I was taking pics of dark clothes (so AF wasn't working so great).

And +1 to what he said. I can't be bothered but if it's for a business, you want to take good photos and lighting makes a huge difference.
