Can someone help me compare the amount of calories between the three exercises?
In other words, I want to see / compare how much swimming = how much running = how much biking.
Since running on a regular basis is pretty much out of the question, I'd like to be able to compare the other exercises to see just how much running I would be doing.
I realize, of course, that not all three exercises are exactly equal (swimming doesn't burn as much fat because of temp., less gravity in water, etc...) I'm just trying to get a general idea if possible.
Swimming and biking are going to be my new cardio activities.
