Has any one ever given just cause at the altar to why a couple should not be wedded? That would be a good story too.

I wish I had called mine off. I will always live with that regret.
You were three months, I was about three weeks - I'd like to hear from the three hour guys.

Biggest regret of my life. My father told me thirty minutes before, "it's not too late..." Eight months later... Ugh, now I'm thinking of all the Huntsman's and EG's I could have had!

So what reasons caused you guys to regret jumping ship, looking back now?

I know the 'ol ball & chain jokes are thrown around, but sometimes they can be srs or even half srs.

actually, I'd be more curious to hear the reasons why you guys thought it made sense in the first place and if you still agree/understand your past self that made the call the get married...

two very good friends of mine had their weddings called off just weeks before the dates. both times everything were already paid for and all. another friend, when he found out, said the best thing you could ever say to someone in that position: "better now than later."

This guy pretty much voices it. Learned this very expensive, painful lesson.
