Could be hard to tell from this picture alone, but:

Is this a suit jacket or sport coat?

Are those sleeves finished or unfinished?

This is Ring Jacket, btw.

Has patch pockets, fabric could work for either (sport coat or casual suit). Sleeves are finished (buttons attached)

I'm gonna say that it COULD be the suit jacket from a more casual styled suit, or it could be a sport coat.

But do u think the sleeves are finished with holes?

No idea if they're functional or not, that's impossible to say from the picture. But It does seem like they're finished (stitched)

Ring Jacket usually has unfinished sleeves, so if this is a used jacket the buttons are probably attached by a local alterations tailor.
Ask for a close up picture, if it is one you plan to buy online.
