After seeing them in the grocery store for a while, I finally decided to buy a couple and cook them up. The first one I sliced like french fries and simmered in some water before adding them, along with some peppers to some scrambled eggs. I was surprised how bland they were; I guess I was expecting something a bit more tart for some reason. I plan on cutting the remaining one into slightly smaller pieces and probably lightly frying. Anybody else ever cook them up and have any suggestions on what has worked well for you?
