What's the best way to get from JFK to the upper west side?

I'm arriving at like 7:00am. How long and how much will a cab cost?

On the Food and Drink forum and asking about "cab", I thought you wanted a recommendation for a red wine made in one of the five boroughs. [IMG]

It's a fifty dollar flat rate; depending on traffic anywhere from 40 minutes-infinity.

For about the same there are numerous car services. Lincoln town car, $5 more. IM me for the people I usually use if that's the way you want to go.
