I would be really surprised. They don't open in premium locations. I read somewhere that the B&N space is $250-$300 a square foot. And it's 60,000 sq ft.

I got really excited when (I thought) I heard that a C21 was opening in a former Dillards building in a mall here in Louisville. Then I checked and it turned out to be a Forever 21. Epic disappointment.

+1, especially when it would compete with their downtown location.

I dont see it happening. Cortlandt will remain the NYC mainstay and they will continue to build out in the burbs, IMO. My bet is in Connecticut next.
