Any idea on how these run on size. Are these big for US 11?

Looks like it might be an elongated last -- I'd say they'd run maybe 1/4 size long at most. I have the Dalton laceups, which is on a pretty standard shaped last, and I find it runs true to size -- no different than, say, run of the mine Aldens.
