I would like to order a pair of C&J's online and will not be able to try them on. I tried searching but was not able to piece together an answer. In AE park avenues, a 10.5D is a little snug and a 10.5E is a little loose. There seems to be a general consensus that I should order down a 1/2 size for handgrade and down 1 full size for benchgrade. My question is what I should do about width. Would I be able to wear an E? Should I only be looking at F fittings or even G? Thank you..

From what im aware of C&J doesnt vary too much on widths. Either your getting a normal US D/UK E or your not getting much from C&J. Atleast thats what i thought, i sure dont see varying widths online.

You have it backwards. Order a full size down from your US size for hangrades (337 last) and 1/2 size down for benchgrades.

As for widths, very few C&J models are offered in widths narrower than UK E. You should not consider UK F or G widths as these are even wider than UK E.

Agree, I don't know why they don't offer more width options - I'd be a buyer for sure.

C$J 318 last in width E is absolutely NOT US-D or Medium it is so narrow I cannot even put my foot half-way inside. And I have pretty average to narrow foot. So if you are getting 318 last I suggest getting 1/2 down from your US size or if you have high instep get the same size as you would get in US.

I would not trust marked width of C&J. Try before you buy or make sure seller has a good return policy.
C&J handgrade on 337 fits in regular width without a problem.

Many sellers on Ebay cannot even measure outsole length accurately. Just be careful when buying online.
