An Ebay victory some time ago brought these beautiful black boots home to me. They are marked a US 13, but are too narrow for my foot. They sat in a box for some time b/c I did not want to admit that they do not fit. But they don't, and they can be yours at my cost (I think that Bluefly had them @ $400 or so a while ago...) of $225 shipped in the continental US.
I think that a size 12 or 12.5 could wear these well, or a narrow 13. Very nice boots, as the photos will attest:
