    I agree that the host spoilt it - more about him than his subject. However, always interesting to see a factory tour of a shoemaking company!

    Looks like there still is a lot of human hands touching the shoe. I would have imagined a lot more automation but this is interesting. Buy Buy Buy..... the pound is under 1.45 dollars now.

    Cool video. Thanks for posting. Amazing that they've been in business pretty much doing the same thing for so long.

    lnteresting how welt uses a chain stitch instead of a lock stitch.

    The suit collar on founder was bad fit,
    me would think suit would be handmade in that day,
    but bad collar fit.

    The best part of the video was the American Pull-Up Leather...
    I thought that was probably Horween leather...what was it? Latigo? Chrome excel?

    Chromexcel, though it's impossible to tell from the video.
