I’m considering a used pair of GYW dress shoes that have less than 10 total wears on them. I’m wondering if this amount of previous wear would result in the corkbed already being sent and having fit/comfort problems as a result if the insole isn’t set with my feet.

It will have molded in ten wears; how much depends on the owner's weight, how firm the footbed is, and how much they wore them.
Comfort initially will depend if your foot is close enough to theirs or not. But, over time your foot will mold it to your shape some. You can also send them in for a recraft and have new cork installed and request them to reduce the imprint as much as possible.

I would imagine after only 10 wears you'll most likely be ok. Could be dependant on how long they were worn for each wear and how much walking was involved,
