Buying used Alden Indy Boots

I was wondering I was getting a decent deal from a fellow styleforum member, he was selling Alden Indy 403 for $325 shipped. He said they were only worn almost a dozen times and the pictures looked fine, especially in the toe were there is very little creasing. I just wanted to know anyone's opinions on used Alden Indy's and their pricing. Thanks
