Buying Shoes in London / Bicester Village

Hi,

I am based in Singapore, but will be visiting London for slightly over a week.
I currently own two pairs of Cole Haans (which I am now rotating after reading some advice on that), but after quite a bit of lurking, want to buy a pair of traditional english shoes for business wear, in the pattern of Loakes, Crockett and Jones, Church's, etc.
But I have a somewhat tight-ish budget.
Might I have your opinions on what brands and models would be the best to buy in the following price ranges?
I will also visit Bicester Village, and will visit Church's there.

Below 100UKP
Between 100 - 200 UKP
Between 200 - 300 UKP

For the three ranges, what are your thoughts on what would be good value?

In the middle of the range, I do find Cheaney (their full grain leather welted line) pretty good as a 'all-round' shoe brand.
