Buying Incotex pants and having them tailored into shorts

As incotex/mabitex pants are very cheap on these forums for the level of quality you are getting, do you guys think it is worth it to buy casual incotex pants and having them tailored into high quality shorts?

Alternatively you can make a bunch of pocket squares or ties out of them.
