Buying first Jacket budget 800

hi IM looking for a jacket preferably one that will last a minimum of 5-10 years
I'm open to any material,looking for one that is casual to go with jeans prefer black color. i know nothing about fashion. budget is 800.

quality-durability is important.

open to any style.

Initially, I want to say Hugo Boss because I like their style, but many people here are concerned that the quality is not as good.

If you want something great, I'd say Brooks Brother because they stand behind their quality!

Get charcoal or navy rather than black. A black over-coat isn't really "wrong" like a black suit, but charcoal or navy will still look better in almost every situation.

Boss black might be your best option (in your price range, well some of it is), but you might want to go a few hundred more for a Ermenegildo Zegna jacket, which will last and be in style for 10 years.
