Buying custom shirts off the internet

When looking for somewhere new to get your shirts made off the internet what is your major hurdle when select which brand?

Swatches are my big problem. Chan has my pattern down pat and I'd totally buy remotely if I had a way to really see and finger the fabrics.

Dunno. I have never asked. I suppose they might, but I guess I've never thought it worth the trouble. Maybe I'll call.

All the above. I don't trust my self measurements. I want to see and feel the fabric in person.
I think most places/tailors would send you fabric samples if you cover shipping costs.
