I wonder if it's because you're closer to Pearson. I was able to get the prices a little cheaper by dropping the insurance but nothing as good as what you're showing. Here's what I got when I compared what I paid to CP to what I could get from NetParcel (all prices in CAD):
  • Tie to CA
    • CP Tracked Packet: $13.02
    • NetParcel / UPS Standard: $18.35
  • Jacket to MA
    • CP Tracked Packet: $20.50
    • NetParcel / UPS Standard: $19.79
  • Sunglasses to MN
    • CP Tracked Packet: $16.63
    • NetParcel / UPS Standard: $18.58
  • Pants to FL
    • CP Tracked Packet: $18.04
    • NetParcel / UPS Standard: $19.00
  • Shoes to IN
    • CP Tracked Packet: $22.73
    • NetParcel / UPS Standard: $20.53
Turns out I'm an idiot and the rates are way better through their PayPal page at https://pp.netparcel.com than through their main web portal which I was using. Thanks @goatamous for the tip!

Hi,
is there a list of problem buyers I can check against? I vaguely remember one on here before.

Thanks.

Hey guys,

Needing some advice on watermark placement. I've recently had my girl modeling photos and past problems with photo theft. Not a problem with one offs but a huge problem with multi quantity items. Ebay's also a bit too slow to respond to VEROs filed by small guys. Does my watermark look a bit too intrusive or is it OK as it is?

Here are a few samples. Any help appreciated.

In need of an assist here. eBay deleted my listing for a pair of Louboutin sneakers, claiming they're inauthentic. I haven't had these before, but they are a heavy construction, leather lined, with the spikes in even rows. The model / size (887 2 43) is printed on the back of the flap with non-serif gold lettering.

Any advice on the authenticity is much appreciated.

wow this is the first time ive seen this w/ used items.
Its kind of smart actually.

There are a ton of people that do this w/ new items...
...some of them make a decent 6 figures doing it.

Interesting. I've bought from finequalityfineman before and been happy with it. He's very polite and quick to respond. Just to be clear, are you saying he steals people's images and makes his own listings at higher prices?

I'm not incredibly familiar with Louboutin sneakers, but those do seem inauthentic.

The wide stitching around ankle logo and the fact that there isn't a row of spikes above the logo, both seem to be giveaways, among a few other details. Also, the tongue should only list the size, with no model number.

This random site might help.
