Is there a standard answer or should I ignore? I'm juste worried it would be detrimental to my account if they report me to Ebay
Directly to my personnal email (which is visible in my store contact info), from the adress at the top of my screenshotDid this come from vero, or from a random account?

Thank you!I would ignore it unless you get something from eBay. Assuming you have similar laws in Canada as we do in the US, you have the right to resell used (or new) goods.
Thank you!
I am in France and we have that right in the law too, I am more concerned about Ebay reacting stupidly to a report than about any legal action
If you get a request through eBay, there won’t be much you can do about it. I’ve had an item taken down wrongfully, and it sucks. I also threw away everything I owned from that company and told them as such.

Oh, that's right... It was the bicycle return debacle I remember. The Sealskinz I think you mentioned some returns on them. Either way, my small store has thus far managed to avoid the dreaded VERO monster. Fortunately, I don't have to be as careful on FB Marketplace.2XU
I was an authorized reseller for Sealskinz for quite a while.
