I don’t know the story with the zipper pulls, but in the past, that feedback would be removable because of the mention of you blocking him, which clearly has nothing to do with this transaction since he was able to purchase it. I’d call and see if eBay sees it that way still.

That was my thinking as well. You can't use feedback to discuss a separate transaction.

I get offers on items.
Before I accept offers I do a quick check of users feedback, and where they are located, so I know what kind of shipping I'll have to deal with.

User will show as being based in Florida, US for example.

But, when I actually accept offer, and user pays, their actual shipping address is different (though seems like same name).

I had one that was in Michigan US, have mailing address in New Jersey.

I had Florida US, have mailing address in Ontario, Canada (maybe a snowbird?).

I figure I'm good as long as I'm mailing to their shipping address but it's kind of a surprise, when I think I'll be dealing with US shipping, but then find it's Canadian shipping after they pay.

Yep. That’s sucks so oft...
Because sometimes it tells me US buyer, and then it’s a EU one. Because there is a different in prices with VAT for me.
