Ayy! Much longer gap between 6-7k than 5-6k, but still chugging along.

When I go to print shipping label it gives me an error message to only use 40 characters in an address. I canceled this order from the same buyer for this reason a couple days ago. Buyer says to just tweak it a little. If I tweak address even at buyers request I still wont be covered correct? Anything else I can try?

I sometimes put part of the address in the Company block or just spread the address into the line two address block.

I take this to mean "I didn't get a tracking number. Please don't file a dispute."

Yeh, now I get started with calling his daddy, calling people at his landscape company, filing police report, small claims court ect

I had a similar case recently, I was actually surprised with the outcome. Ebay refunded them their money, I filed an appeal, got an Ebay rep that said all I needed to do was file a police report for the theft and their fraud protection would cover it. I went online, filed a police report, sent the report to Ebay and they sent me my money back.

I’ll give it a shot... where did you go online to file a police report and how did you send the police report to eBay?

I had to go online to the jurisdiction I shipped to and filled out a basic theft report. The rep gave me a link to send the report into.

I've sold things, shoes mostly, as 'no return'. But if there is an issue and the person wants to return I'll do it as long as they send the goods back. Now the shoe is on the other foot (haha) and I'd like to return the goods and get a refund but the seller is being a pill. Just thought I'd report. It's not going to be a hardship if we can't agree but seems like the more gentlemanly thing to do, imo.
