Anybody ship UPS by any chance?
I have a return coming back to me and UPS is hitting me with a brokerage charge. I'll call tomorrow to ask about it, but wanted to know if anybody has experience potentially getting these charges reversed

Why do you get charges? Have you clicked return or just sending to you?

I'm the seller. Sent a prepaid label to the buyer. Put "return" as the reason
It's brokerage fees. Duties are $0, brokerage is $25

Who did you create the label with? You should ship USPS (pm me if you don't know how) as the other couriers scam with their brokerage fees

Can't ship USPS from Canada
(I mean, I could through 3rd party, but not worth it)

I use netparcel for my courier service due to cost
If I have to eat it, so be it. Just ****** all around that I get hit with a fee for a return

I use UPS via NetParcel as well. Never had that issue.

I've switched to only shipping via UPS now, last week a Filson bag to Nevada would have cost me $45, and came out to $15 via NetParcel.
