I am this weekend, I will see him on Vacation starting Thursday! Though, he drinks Jack.
Right on! Killer find, Wes.
It was $2,500 per month or 200 items, and I never got close to that since joining eBay in 2000, as I was just dilly-dallying until this damn clothing thing took hold. When I called, they upped me by $50k per month - I was like - "That's extremely optimistic" but who knows - maybe one day.
HAHA I am still on my original which is 100 items or $5000 which ever comes first. I have recently started listing a lot and am going to ask for a limit raise as well. Do you remember how long the phone call took and what you talked about?
The call lasted maybe 15 minutes, during which time the rep looked at my sales history. He asked why I needed it raised - it was because I was listing a dress with a BIN of $2k and already had a bunch of stuff listed (thus listing the $2k dress would have exceeded my limit). He basically said yeah you've got a good long track record and I see that you've been ramping it up so I'll raise you to x items or $x per month.
What do you guys think, bow tie or regular for blazers? Redid this with all of my available ties with same jacket and same shirt.
Are you sure you're looking at that right? Is it a discount for merchant fees, or regular PayPal fees? I'm reading that as a discount on credit card sales.
I click on the apply link and it just sends me to my accounts overview page for some reason, not even able to apply, what happens when you apply?
NVM, already had it, which is why it wouldn't let me sign up. Didn't realize my fees were lower because of it. Must have signed up a long time ago when I switched to a business account.
Also, can't find anywhere on that dashboard my selling ebay limits, so strike two...
I do ties for suits, bow tie or none at all for blazers depending on my mood and how the look strikes me.
Frilly Lace Cravat. Yeah baby, yeah!
That PSA by Wes is amazeballs! It helps out so much for many of you!
Also, I had no idea dashboards were so different. I do have my limits listed on my dashboard.
Question, how many of you have a basic store? And others have upgraded stores?
Dashboard layouts may differ between subscriptions.
Same, had to call in after I was told I couldn't list any more. I asked and the guy said I can call again in a month to get them lifted again.
"Where are you sourcing from?"
"From local clothing retailers."
"I'm sorry, but I need a bit more elaboration."
"Uh, I'm going to thrift stores and selling stuff I find."
Why would they even ask that?
Dunno why but they definitely do. I just say consignments.
I've got an anchor store, but my dashboard looks the same as it always has.
