Same, had to call in after I was told I couldn't list any more. I asked and the guy said I can call again in a month to get them lifted again.

    "Where are you sourcing from?"
    "From local clothing retailers."
"I'm sorry, but I need a bit more elaboration."
"Uh, I'm going to thrift stores and selling stuff I find."

Why would they even ask that?

I've got an anchor store, but my dashboard looks the same as it always has.

This is what I don't understand. Why wasn't it automatic when I switched to a business account two years ago.

    I
I have the basic store. I don't see any selling limits and have never had to request them to be upped that I recall.

only 1 defect per auction, even if they open 12.

I'd go with the navy tie. That's what I use, and it works with almost everything without having to switch it out for different jackets.

I use a plain burgundy with some navy squares. Goes ok with every suit color I've tried.

I remove the tie and add a sweater vest when shooting sports coats, but am probably gonna drop the vest. I was only using it to try to make the photos recognizable. I'm just now getting to the point where people are coming back for repeat items.

What is the next step in a case? I had a NAD case opened against me for my item being fake and they wanted a full refund. I replied and said there were 10 places within the listing that explained the coins were "Replicas, Tributes, Proofs, or Silver Clad" and I did not take returns. There has been no response and he has not escalated the case.

Can I escalate this case so I can avoid him leaving bad feedback? Will the case automatically be escalated? Right now it is in state "1 case awaits other members' responses" I responded 3 days ago and he opened the case 8 days ago.

You can escalate after a given amount of time. I think it's two weeks.

You can escalate the case at any time for an ebay ruling, or you can just wait it out, once his time expires (30 days) the case will close automatically in your favor. The case will not escalate automatically, it has to be done by one of you.
