It is slow for me. No big deal. Fall will start catching up and then November through February will be wide open.

I hope you're right. I've been at this for about a year and a half and feel like it's been going pretty well of late. I pretty much sat out Oct-Jan of last year for the most part due to moving/buying a short sale/living w/ in-laws, so it will be interesting to see how the fall goes.
Glad it's going well. With 80 stores to choose and 8hrs to thrift on Fridays, how do you ever get anything listed? I'd have closets full with nothing to show for it[IMG]. Store looks good BTW. I finally picked up a mannequin and have been taking notes from you guys. I like the close up main pics on the jackets.

Anyone ever deal with the issue of not being able to confidentaly describe the color of an item? I have a RLPL shirt with stripes that is either navy, charcoal grey or black.

Yea... sometimes it helps to get something that is navy and something that is black to help tell the difference. Just note it in the listing in bold or something. "Very very dark blue / charcoal gray / black - Hard to tell".

I either take it outside in the sunlight or ask a female (males can be selectively color blind when it comes to certain hues).

Females actually do have more color receptors or whatever in their eyes.

    2 more points
    1. the slippery slope of taking $1, $2, $5, $10 less so that you have more $ to hit the thrift later that day.
    2. I am usually way too busy during the day to check my eBay, I have set my phone to vibrate once, and only when something is paid for. No messages, nothing else. So they actually get a faster response this way.

How can I tell the sold listings on my phone?

I am surfing the ebay mobile site and it doesn't have this option. Not even the "completed" listings. Do I have to download the ebay app?

Definitely get the app. It is so much better than trying to browse with the minute web version or the PITA mobile browser version.

Searching completed listings is easy from there, just do a search and then select "refine". All your options are there. The only thing with the app I have noticed is that the completed listings searches do not go as far back as the actual web based ebay, but they are great for a quick check.

Does anyone else notice that when you click an ebay link in safari from iP5, it redirects to the ebay app, then it says that the item number is not found or item unavailable? I have to copy the item number, paste it in the app to look at the item.

Haven't had an issue with that, but I don't often search that way.
