Ohp they fixed it and put the side bar / sold listings back for an users profile. Whew
I was very thankful to see that had come back. My other complaint with the latest changes was that the photos are too small when you're adding them. I've clicked in several times to try and edit a photo and deleted it, just because there's so little room.

Just wait until he opens the return. That said, I'd be surprised if you win. I've seen that similar fact pattern several times (buyer says it's not as described even when it is). I'm convinced it's buyer's remorse and they know how to work the system. A few years ago, eBay would side with the seller. Nowadays, buyers pretty much always get what they want (even if your listing is 100% accurate).
I responded that I would accept the return, but not pay for return shipping , but it resulted in a negative feedback. Add nichols4732 to your blocked list to avoid a headache.

For. The. Love. Of. All. Things. Holy.

BLOCK THIS IDIOT as FAST as you can.

Just trust me. Buys multiple items from me, which she also resells, then opens multiple INAD cases on all the orders for various different reasons she invented. She is an extortionist and a scammer 100%. Block, block, block. Please trust me on this.

Sold an item to a new user, no feedback.
No name, and address registers to a hotel. Would you guys send and just trust the tracking/delivery confirmation?

Caught this on Reddit. Note that second last sentence that says it only applies to those receiving the email.

Here's one for you:

Thom Browne dress. "Wrong item sent". Claimed that I sent a dress with no grosgrain. It came back today.

Guys, I sold a tie on auction over the weekend. Paid and label ready etc etc.

Heading out to post it today and the guy requested to cancel due to wanting to wear it to an event tomorrow night. What should I do? I want to be a good guy, but the price went high.

Could I offer a second chance offer before refunding?

I think you have to cancel before doing the second chance offer.

I've also never had someone accept a second chance offer. It's a pisser, but if the guy is being nice about it, just cancel.

So, I sent the second chance offer and the other buyer accepted and paid. I've now cancelled and refunded the original order.

Easy as pie, just thought I'd let you know that it can be done. Happy days.

One for the block list: peky0583-x0oqyjxc

Opened a return for a pair of Ray-Bans claiming they are fakes and sent photos comparing them to different model he already had, which showed nothing. Out of the 4 feedbacks he has left - 2 negatives and the one he left for me, which is positive, but just says "Fake".

I thought I might cross-post here to some eBay selling and luxury items experts. Purchased these through Poshmark. I believe they are Fugazi. Any input would be appreciated.

Got a VERO / Item removed notice for a Lululemon item today. Oddly it was just 1 pair of leggings when I have many listed. I reviewed the photos I used and nothing is stock photo or their property. Confused as to why it was reported.

Anyone else receive VERO's lately? Or any for Lulu items?

What did the notice say specifically?

Mostly legal jargon but there's a section where it says my listing contains copyrighted images or logos.

"Your listing was reported for using the rights owner's copyrighted images without authorization. When listing this product, please do not copy photos from websites, catalogs or other sources and only use photos you have taken or get explicit written authorization from the rights owner to use their text on eBay."

There's no stock images or anything on the listing. Really strange because it's just a simple pair of $30 lulu crop leggings. Nothing special and I've never gotten one of these before.
