Anyone looking for a Dymo label writer, Amazon deal of the day has the 450 model for less than $100. They claim that is 66% off.
I'm always so tempted to fire back at these guys when they send the most ridiculous offers. I think my favorite was maybe from @kbadgley84 (I think it was him), when he responded to the lowballer by saying "Thanks. Who's going to pay for the rest?"
I cancelled my 15+ yr old PayPal account because of a similar-ish situation. I sold ten or so PS4 games earlier this year, and PayPal held the funds for the same stated reason- that I hadn't sold anything in the six mos prior (which was true, I might go years without selling something). I had a number of buyers getting antsy about my not shipping, so I shipped them all even though PayPal hadn't released the money to me (and none of the three reps I spoke with could tell me when I'd see the money). Now that I reconsider this situation, I have no idea if I ever got paid...Hey guys, need help on a high-value item I sold.
Sold a suit to a UK buyer. He sends a paypal echeque. Paypal says funds should clear by Nov 5, but it still shows as pending (money not in my account yet).
Buyer says he called eBay to ask why his payment was on hold. eBay tells him that because I haven’t sold anything in 6 months, they put my funds on hold until I input a tracking #.
1. My last sale was in September, not 6 months ago.
2. I got no message from eBay saying I need to ship the item first before they clear the payment.
Anybody encounter a similar situation? It’s a NWT Tom Ford suit, so I want to be careful about it.
Any help is appreciated!
This doesn't make any sense to me. Converting that price to $AUD, it's only $50 less than what I can get it for here retail, and that's without accounting for shipping and taxes. We're not normally a bargain country; quite the opposite.
