There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Does anyone know how to track a package from Korea? I have a thing from an ebayer arriving for my wife's craft project, it has a tracking number but I can't figure out how to get the information about it.

edit: found a site, still in transit, no emergency yet!

I had a guy send me back a jacket because he said it did not fit, and he was going to throw it away otherwise. He returned it to me, and never wanted a refund of item or shipping...
Resold it for 70$ the second time, and 50$ the first time...

I was wondering about this the other day. What's to stop you from underestimating the weight of everything (aside from a conscience, of course)? I remember before I got a precise scale I did exactly that, and nothing happened. Based on my imprecise scale, the package was somewhere between 3 and 4 lbs. The difference of 1lb was like $17 international. I chose 3 and printed the postage, sent it off, and buyer got his package just fine. If you're close do they just let it slide or something?

They randomly weigh stuff. Depends on the particular post office how lenient they are. 3lb to 3lb 15oz is same price domestic, so you did nothing wrong. If caught, it will either be delivered with postage due or kicked back to you. Both bode poorly for your feedback.

Anyone know how to get rid of the last name ( ink ) Dry Cleaners write on the label of the tag?

I don't want to use nail remover and have the ink bleed onto the shirt.

It seems to me that less then half the buyers bother to leave feedback. Do you send a follow up or is that asking for trouble? I mean in a situation where you have no reason to think there is a problem.

I personally do, but there are a few differnt ways to do it. I am still at about 50% leaving feedback... that just means he sold close to 5000 items!

Actually only 3750 transactions. Weird, that is exactly 2/3 left feedback. Of course part of that feedback was from sellers too.

It was a she, and she asked for the refund via the note in the box. I meant to say that she didn't ask me prior to returning them.

I don't understand why Buyers can only receive positive feedback. Kinda dumb.

Used to be different. Some seller would leave neg feedback if you left them a neg. Ruined it for everyone. I wish you could at least see how many times they haven't paid.
