Personally, I would hold off on any feedback. There’s a solid chance the seller had no bad intentions whatsoever. If the seller tries to relist them, I’d potentially consider a neg to help out potential buyers from getting screwed over.

    +1

I'd watch what the seller does with regard to relisting the counterfeit item before leaving feedback.

Hey guys, maybe it's been a while since I've last shippedinternational and things have changed, but I seem to remember always printing out 3 half-pages for non-First Class mail (one address page and 2 custom declarations). Today I printed a shipping label for an express mail international package for Canada, and it just has one half-page. It's not a printer error because with that half-page it also printed the receipt on the bottom half.

    Does this sound right?

Gents, I am selling an item on B&S and my potential buyer is in Australia. I am based in the USA.

I have searched through this thread and it seems that first class intl is safe to use in this case. USPS quoted $22.50 for first class intl but said it comes with no tracking or insurance. However, some posts here suggest there is tracking since Australia is an e-DELCON country. How does that work? What do I have to specify to get tracking?

USPS also quoted me $71.80 for priority which they say comes with tracking and a certain delivery date.

Do you think I am fine to ship with first class intl or should I insist on the more expensive version? The item is around $300 so I would like to be sure, but reasonable.

    Thanks!

Others can correct me but if you buy postage from PayPal (and assuming the item is less than 4 lbs.) the label should provide tracking.

There's probably a $ limit you can do as an individual before you have to worry about the government.
Unless the laws there are super jacked up, you most likely can't get sued. Probably just taxed.
