    I believe that's a self-tying cravat/ascot.

My pleasure. I own a few, though I'm not brave enough to actually wear one.

Greek brought up a good point...I'd be happy to see more questions like that. I had a question earlier in regards to identifying/labeling (can't remember at the moment), but I didn't know where to put it. This is an ideal place for all things ebay, whether you're trying to sell or buy.

Someone brought up sleeper brands quite awhile ago, and I don't know if it was mentioned, but Pal Zileri is almost always easy to buy. Most of their stuff is quality and it goes cheap most of the time.

Another question, how do you heavy sellers do it? I worked all weekend on getting pictures, measurements and descriptions, and I only came up with about 80 listings. I still have a number of things to list and it made me wonder how some people (Spoo, et al) can produce 150+ listings every week. Capnwes, I know you have another job, how do you find the time or is there some sort of process that you'd be willing to share?

Interesting. I've just been using the Priority A boxes. Unless they're gorrilla size, I can fit them just fine (after years of Tetris training). Is the shoe box cheaper?

Shoe box doesn't have a special rate, it's just billed by weight like any normal box would be. I haven't been able to fit shoes in the rate A box, usually find them to be too tall.

Anyone else having problems listing on ebay right now? I listed two things then went to list a third and it won't let me select a category.

I get up at 5-5:15am, write descriptions in GarageSale until 8:30 or so, go to work, come home, print postage and take un-daylight photos from 830pm or so till midnight every day pretty much. Saturday is usually an 8 hour 1700 photo bonanza all day, and Sunday the mannequin/gallery shots along with preparing the assortment with items ending that evening.

So, yah. Thats how you do 150+ a week auction style.

    tldr, you have no life.
(this will change soon, check for updates next week)

This is my full time job, plus I'm a stay at home Dad. It's just like anything else work hard. When I post hard I start at 4AM and finish at 11PM. I do that 2 days a week. You have to set up a rhythm that works the fastest for you, for example I set pictures by size, brand, and colors. So when I'm posting I just go to sell similar and then usually all the sizes and colors usually stay the same, I just have to upload the pics. [IMG]

Wait, you have a "real" job?!??

I had always assumed that ebay is your job. If that's true, you just BLEW MY MIND

I wake up early, answer questions and then go to work, I'll answer questions throughout the day and take pictures all week. When the weekend hits, I'll create all of my listings.

Ebay is my "full part time job"

Like everyone here who sells a lot....there is no easy way around it, it takes time! A lot of time.
