I don't have the same pride in what i sell. Sometimes I sell garbage and wonder who the hell would want to wear it, but if it pays I dont judge.

Why? I don't really care what I sell.

FYI, you have three listings posted under your name, and I am sure there are lurkers and members who check out your eBay account. Not trying to lecture, but maybe you just don't need to share that. Or you have a very a-typical marketing strategy.

It's only one listing, and I own a pair of those boots. Just because I don't care what I sell, doesn't mean I like everything I sell. I'm very straight with what I'm doing and why if people inquire.

Well in keeping with this conversation, what is the stupidest thing anyone has ever bought from you (aside from a Robert Graham shirt)?

    I'll start....

At one time I has several garbage bags full of used packing peanuts. I would suck the air out of the bags with a vacuum cleaner and store them in the garage. It got to a point where I just had too many. I figured, sellers would buy new peanuts online for their shipping supplies. Have you ever seen how much they cost? It's ridiculous! Anyway, I sold a large box of USED packing peanuts for around $20 plus shipping.

Fair enough. Giving the appearance that your work is a labor of love can be an asset, blatantly saying the opposite is an atypical sales strategy.

You are doing well tough, so keep on keeping on.

Then there was the guy at my old job that used to eat the packing peanuts... The cornstarch based variety.

I don't use packing peanuts. I use crumbled usps priority bags.

Where do I go to find "sold listings" only? I can find the completed listings but not sold, and I know that feature was available a while back when they ere playing with rolling out some new features. The sold listings only was super useful when figuring out what percentage of items similar to mine actually sold and is kind of tough to figure just from completed listings.

Sold ones in completed listings are the ones with the green numbers.

You used to be able to specifically filter those ones, but I don't think you can anymore.
