Buttons for a Navy DB suit?

I just purchased a DB RLBL NWT solid navy suit on this forum. I was a little concerned about the fit, but the jacket actually fits me perfectly and I am overall happy with my purchase.

However, (there is always a but) I was disapointed with the buttons. Most of my suits are BBGF which uses only horn buttons. For that matter, even my BBBF shirts have MOP buttons. So, RL using shiny, black buttons on their second highest line was surprising.

When I bring it in to get tailored, the buttons will be changed out. I'm wondering where is a good place to get quality buttons.

Ebay has buttons, but I'm unsure about quality and I wanted to know if anyone had experience with a particular seller.

There is a seller on this forum but at $5 a button plus shipping, he seems a little pricy. Maybe it is worth it so any feedback on that would be great.

Any other place to buy buttons and what to look for would be helpful.

The second issue is the color. I will probably only wear this suit with brown shoes and I was wondering if dark brown > black.

You can get good buttons here; I'm sure there will be a few other places people can recommend too. Personally I would put white MOP buttons on the suit, but that might be a bit more 'FU' than you're looking for. If you want horn buttons then I'd certainly go with brown over black if you will mostly be wearing brown shoes. Alternatively, you could just get navy horn buttons.

Wow, I never thought of MOP buttons, that may be a little too out there for me especially if I were ever to wear this suit to a job interview or something.

For something more understated, try smoke MOP buttons:
