What do you mean "the wrong way"?

Mirror-imaged, like women's wear? Nope, too weird.

If you mean buttoned 4x1 instead of 4x2 - rarely. Depends on lapel roll: 4x1 tend to be designed to be buttoned as such and doing up a 4x2 as a 4x1 doesn't always work as the internal button on the other side is at the wrong height. You could have a second internal button sewn in so you could vary the buttoning configuration.

If you mean buttoning up both possible buttons on a 6x2 - well, not personally, but I can see someone doing this and looking good.

Right over left on the runway is probably for that oh-so-popular androgyneous look.

Impossible, unless the pictures have been flipped vertically?

Well it was a PRADA collection, so I guess it must be the whole androgynous thing they are pulling this year.
