This wrist shot was posted on a watch forum recently (photo credit to "Donut"). The wrist belongs to Zenith's CEO and obviously done so he can show the beautiful watches his company produces.

Has anyone seen this type of cuff before? Anyone own a shirt with this cuff style? I'm thinking of having one made as part of my next custom shirt order. Any thoughts?

It looks like a variant of an Italian cuff, but I don't know if might have a unique name. I've only ever seen them in diagrams of different shirt cuff types.

I'm seeing a button over on the other side there, too. Curiosity.

I'm wondering what the hell it's supposed to be. That's not where the button on a cuff should be (it should be along the placket at the bottom of the sleeve).

Like the other guy said, there's loops on both sides. Is it a flap for the watch? Ugh.

Well we have seen plenty of pics of Italians with the watch on the outside of the shirt so it is possible. I wonder if it is to allow enough room for the watch?

There was a post a while back that had a cutout for the watch on the cuff.
As I recall, it was pilloried.
I like the watch far better than the cuff.
