Buttero sneaker sizing advise for 9.5(US)

Friends, would appreciate sizing suggestions for Buttero sneaker.
I am typically a 9.5 US in shoes and boots, and in a pair of Epaulet sneakers. That translates into a 42.5-43EU, depending on what you read. NMWA suggests a whole size drop for Buttero sneakers, but they come in whole sizes only. So that puts me in a 42 which theoretically is 1/2 down +/-, or a 41 which would be 1.5 +/- down. I am a solid medium forefoot with narrow heel. Socks more often than not.

I wear the following.

9.5 EP tennis low
9.5 Stan Smith
9 Chuck Taylor
42 Buttero

EP fits the smallest out of all these but perfect after break in.

Buttero is roomiest by far in length, width and toebox. Ideally I'd be a 41.5 but NMWA only carries whole sizes. Not sure I could do 41.

42 is roomy but I do not have a high volume foot, low in fact. Last thing I want is a sneaker that is too tight in the toebox rather have a bit extra length and you can always swap insoles

What's a good source for Buttero sneakers? I've been looking at End but have also read negative reviews here.

You are correct - Take a size 42
