I picked up a suede pair of Tanino lo's from NMWA a while back in a 43. Some retailers list US sizes. What is Buttero's corresponding US size to a 43?
43 is usually considered a 10US. But size 43 Buttero Taninos run kind of large for a 10US. It’s more like 10.5-11, maybe even 11.5 compared to a say a Nike running shoe.

Nike 11 in dunks, air max 95 11.5, presto 11
Carmina Oscar last 10 (not positive here)
Buttero I took a 43.5 and it fits roomy which is what I like.
